Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.

  • Fully licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or associate-licensed (LMHC-A, LSW, LMFT-A) in the State of Indiana.

  • Strong alignment with Cornerstone Family Therapy Center’s mission, values, and commitment to high-quality client care.

  • Experience with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed approaches.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Why Join Us?

🌟 Flexible Work Environment: Set your own hours within a supportive, office-based setting, with evening and weekend options available.

🌟 Professional Growth: Take advantage of resources for continuous learning and in-house training with CEUs provided.
🌟 Supervision for Growth: We offer supervision for LSWs and LMHCAs to support associate-level therapists.

Compensation

Compensation reflects licensure level and client caseload.

  • Associate-level therapists: Slightly lower income percentage per session due to added supervision and support for professional growth.

  • Fully licensed therapists: Higher income percentage, reflecting advanced credentials and expertise.
This pay structure allows therapists the flexibility to shape their income based on the number of sessions they choose to provide.
