I have a Master's of Science in Education concentrating in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University South Bend. I have experience providing counseling services to a range of clientele, working individually with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults. I mainly work with, but am not limited to, clients presenting with anxiety, depression, relational challenges, stress management, and school/college adjustments.

I hope to create a warm, welcoming, and safe-space for my clients to allow them to be open, honest, and vulnerable, while working towards their most authentic self, as we work together to achieve their counseling goals.

My theoretical beliefs mainly consist of a person-centered approach, focusing on the importance of the therapeutic relationship, meeting clients where they are at by providing empathy, and encouraging change and growth from a strengths-based perspective, while being culturally competent. It is important to individualize therapy, tailoring my approaches to best fit my clients.

I will be a fellow traveler, going on a journey with my clients, trying to understand their worldview with unconditional positive regard and a non-judgemental environment. Thank you for beginning your journey into counseling!
