I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) as well as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC).  I graduated from Bethel College with a Master of Counseling degree specializing in Marriage & Family Therapy.  I have been working as a therapist for the last 8 years, primarily in intensive services and emergency assessment.  I enjoy working with adolescents and couples, helping people find their way to a better life experience and improved satisfaction in their significant relationships.  I have also worked with a wide array of other symptoms such as suicidal thoughts, self harm, depression, parenting, oppositional behavior in children and substance abuse in both teens and adults.  

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking as I come from a long line of restaurateurs.  I also enjoy reading and binge watching the Star Wars movies.  In the summer, I like to go kayaking and camping when I am able.
